PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Over 15,000 sq. ft. of WRAPSHIELD SA® SELF-ADHERED Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Sheet Membrane was installed on the historic restoration of the Old Schmidt Brewery now home to mixed use artists' lofts. Schmidt Artist Lofts offers unique rental lofts and a mix of amenities designed for artists.
