PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Over 22,000 sq. ft. of WRAPSHIELD SA® SELF-ADHERED Weather Resistive and Air Barrier Membrane was installed behind both brick veneer and terra cotta creating a rain screen design on the North Park University Science Building in Chicago, Illinois.
A new construction project, the North Park University Science Building will house classrooms, science labs, academic and professorial offices as well as several student services offices. WRAPSHIELD SA® SELF-ADHERED vapor permeable air barrier technology will protect North Park University's student body and building investment by allowing moisture vapor to escape the building envelope.
