PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Over 50,000 sq.ft. of WrapShield SA Self-Adhered Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Sheet Membrane was installed over gypsum sheathing and behind brick veneer.
WrapShield SA Self-Adhered does not require substrate preparation, tapes or primers, reducing labor costs by at least 20%. In addition, common hand tools are used for installation, eliminating the need for expensive equipment and additional mobilizations.
The $55M, 140,000 sq.ft. project is expected to open in early 2017. The building will feature a career development and leadership center, a players’ lounge, locker rooms, training/rehab facility, weight room, nutrition center and dining facility, meeting rooms, and coach's offices.
