PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Over 120,000 sq. ft. of WRAPSHIELD® Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Membrane was installed on Princeton University's newly constructed Lakeside Graduate Housing complex. The 382,000 sq. ft. residential building is seeking LEED silver certification. With superior durability and zero VOC's, WRAPSHIELD® contributed LEED points in several areas. The water resistive, vapor permeable air barrier membrane also reduces incidents of mold, mildew and rot to increase indoor air quality and provide a healthy living environment for students. The project will meet or exceed Princeton University's current sustainability standards. The apartment complex will house approximately 715 students. Located on the campus of Princeton University, the building will consist of 74 multi-bedroom townhome units and 255 apartments. The complex will include a common area equipped with a fitness center, lounge, computer cluster, and a children's playroom.
