PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Over 60,000 sq. ft. of RainScreen SA was installed on the Odonata luxury condominiums located in Boulder, CO. RainScreen SA, self-adhered air and water resistive barrier with factory installed drainage matrix will reduce the incidence of moisture related damage behind the cladding system by creating an essential drainage plane allowing moisture to move away from the structure.

Rough openings were flashed with RSFlashing SA and VaproLiqui-Flash providing complete building envelope protection.

With its aggressive pressure sensitive adhesive, RainScreen SA readily adhered to the OSB substrate saving valuable installation time and helped to keep the construction schedule on track.

RainScreen SA has zero VOCs, contains no Red List Chemicals, and does not require primer ensuring crew safety and a healthy building.
