Over 20,000 sq. ft. of WrapShield SA Self-Adhered was installed on the Lot 4 LUMIN residences at Snowmass Base Village in Snowmass, Colorado.

WrapShield SA Self-Adhered easily installed despite below freezing temperatures, allowing construction schedules to stay on track and under budget. Although the gypsum sheathing became saturated with snowfall during the construction phase, the high material permeance of WrapShield SA helped to dry it out during and after construction.

Approximately 2,000 LF of Liqui-Flash and VaproFlashing SA were also installed using the Extreme Coastal Detail for flanged window. Only two components were needed to flash the building’s many windows, drastically reducing labor and material costs—and saving valuable construction time in the process.

The Lumin Residences is slated for completion Fall of 2018 and will offer comfortable alpine elegance and pair proximity to the resort’s legendary slopes with impeccable design.
