PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Over 16,000 sq.ft. of WrapShield SA Self Adhered Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Sheet Membrane was installed on the new STEM building on the campus of Clark College. WrapShield SA Self-Adhered was easily installed during the windy, wet and un predictable winter weather conditions in Washington.
When installed as part of a continuous air barrier system WrapShield SA Self-Adhered contributes to the overall energy efficiency of the building.
VaproShield products contribute to LEED points and will help the structure achieve LEED Silver certification.
At 70,000 sq.ft., the $40M STEM building is the largest building on campus and features one of the largest cadaver labs in the state as well as laboratories, classrooms and study space.
