PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Immersed in evergreen foliage with a mountain view, this Steamboat Springs residence was wrapped in 4,000 sq. ft. of PanelShield SA combined with VaproMat 7mm.  The combination created a breathable rainscreen design wall assembly ideal for the wood lap siding and stone veneer.  In addition, the residence used 1,500 sq.ft of RevealShield SA Self-Adhered, a UV stable WRB air barrier, designed for the unique open joint cladding system. 

Over 6,000 sq.ft. of SlopeShield Plus SA was applied as the roofing underlayment to the plywood substrate and finished with a durable standing seam metal roof.  SlopeShield Plus SA was installed in the harsh winter months and offered 6 months of UV and climate exposure before the final roofing assembly was erected.
