Starwood Hotels and Resorts' newest Element hotel in the Veterans Boulevard Corridor of Fargo, ND features over 10,000 sq. ft. of REVEALSHIELD SA™ SELF-ADHERED Black, UV Stable Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Membrane behind Trespa Meteon open joint panels. Element Fargo is built green from the ground up, using as many recycled materials as possible in design and construction. Element Hotels, the company's eco-hotel brand, is the first major hotel brand to mandate that all properties pursue the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for high-performance buildings. REVEALSHIELD SA™ SELF-ADHERED contributes to LEED points in Indoor Environmental Quality and Energy & Atmosphere. REVEALSHIELD SA™ SELF-ADHERED emits zero VOC's, eliminating exposure to harmful and volatile chemicals.
Additionally, REVEALSHIELD SA™ SELF-ADHERED requires no primers, is highly vapor permeable, resists bulk water infiltration, and installs in temperatures as low as as 20°F (-6°C).
