PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Over 420,000 sq. ft. of RevealShield IT Integrated Tape— UV Stable, Water-Resistive, Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Membrane—was installed on Levana Towers, a complex of residential condominiums in Monterrey, Mexico.

Set in the middle of a tropical rainforest, the large cement towers will have to battle constant moisture infiltration from occupants and the humid Monterrey climate. RevealShield IT Integrated Tape, with its high drying capacity [50 perms,] will mitigate moisture damage within the building envelope and allow the cementitious substrate to dry out.

Once completed, Levana Towers will offer luxury condominium living, expansive city views, and abundant amenities in the heart of the Monterrey’s downtown district.
