The Bellwood Gateway project, a vibrant mixed-use development, embraces modern construction techniques with PanelShield SA from VaproShield. Spanning 40,000 sq.ft. of exterior surface, the project features panelized construction with load-bearing metal stud framing, making a durable and factory-friendly WRB/Air Barrier essential. PanelShield SA was selected for its rugged performance throughout the construction lifecycle, from factory installation to panel transport and final handling onsite. With no VOCs and no primer required, it met aggressive scheduling demands while supporting indoor air quality and sustainability goals.

Paired with compatible flashing options, PanelShield SA provides a complete vapor permeable air barrier system, helping reduce the risk of moisture damage, mold, and rot over the life of the building. Its versatility and proven
