The Amaite apartment complex in San Pedro Garza García, Mexico, highlights the superior performance of PanelShield SA. Selected for its ability to withstand the region’s demanding climate, PanelShield SA was essential to achieving a durable, weather-resistant exterior while maintaining the building’s sleek, modern aesthetic.

Designed by Land + Martinez Architects, Amaite features a ventilated facade with a porcelain coating. To protect the building envelope from moisture infiltration and air leakage, the project team chose PanelShield SA for its robust performance and reliability. One of the key factors in the decision was PanelShield SA’s impressive 365-day UV exposure rating, which allowed construction to progress without concern about membrane degradation.

PanelShield SA also proved to be a perfect fit for San Pedro Garza García’s central climate, which includes intense sunlight, heat, and fluctuating moisture levels. Its durable composition withstood these conditions while maintaining optimal performance, ensuring long-lasting protection for the building envelope.
