PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Over 48,000 sq. ft. of WRAPSHIELD SA® SELF-ADHERED Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Sheet was installed on the Waterfront Station commercial center in Whitehorse, Yukon. A new construction, the community development features condominiums and multi-use retail office units. Contributors will include: Earl's Restaurant, First Nations Bank of Canada, Starbucks, Superstore & Wal-Mart.
Waterfront Station marries state-of-the-art architectural elements with the natural splendor of the Yukon Territory. WRAPSHIELD SA® SELF-ADHERED employs air barrier technology to reduce building energy consumption making the membrane an ideal addition to this nature-inspired project.
Allowing for all climate construction from -17°C to 49°C degrees, durable, tear resistant WRAPSHIELD SA® SELF-ADHERED faced the variant Yukon weather without incident.
