Over 10,000 sq.ft. of WrapShield SA Self Adhered Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Sheet Membrane was installed on the new addition to the The Surf Club Four Seasons. WrapShield SA Self-Adhered was easily installed in the humid weather of Florida.
The Surf Club, which originally opened in 1930, will receive a facelift and an addition of two 12-story condominiums and a luxury hotel.
