PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Over 20,000 sq.ft. of WrapShield SA Self-Adhered Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Sheet Membrane was installed over a combination of cement block and plywood substrates and behind metal panels. By controlling moisture and air flow in the building envelope, WrapShield SA provides the optimal environment for the luxury collectibles stored at the Vault.
Gables Auto Vault offers luxury car storage and is the first of its kind in southern Florida. Featuring 14 car “condos,” the vault offers climate and humidity-control, hurricane resistant construction and many owner amenities.
By controlling moisture and air flow in the building envelope, WrapShield SA provides the optimal environment for the luxury collectibles stored at the Vault.
