PROJECT DESCRIPTION

CREC Academy of Aerospace and Engineering in Windsor, Connecticut was transformed from a former business office complex into a state-of-the-art school and is protected by 60,000 sq. ft. of WrapShield SA Self-Adhered Water Resistive Vapor Permeable Air Barrier Membrane. Colorful Fundermax exterior panels were installed over WrapShield SA Self-Adhered, giving the building a unique character while being protected from moisture, mold, mildew and corrosion. WrapShield SA Self-Adhered is all climate friendly and can be installed in variant weather conditions. The concept for the colorful exterior façade was derived from the Hubble Telescope’s deep space photograph of the Lagoon Nebula.
