Over 510,000 sq. ft. of WRAPSHIELD® was installed on the Bridgeport Apartments located in Tualatin, Oregon. A mechanically attached, water resistive, vapor permable air barrier, WRAPSHIELD® features integrated tape at the horizontal seams. This component reduces installation time and material expenses without compromising quality. WRAPSHIELD®'s integrated tape seals horizontal seams in all weather conditions to eliminate water concerns at the horizontal joints.A 631,000 sq. ft. development, the Bridgeport Apartments were designed to articulate a sophisticated resort aesthetic. In addition to featuring half a million square feet of WRAPSHIELD®, the Bridgeport Apartments were further secured using VaproFlashing and VaproTape on all rough openings.
