The project’s tight budget and timeline required a WRB/Air-Barrier that could be quickly installed with minimal labor and drying time.

RevealShield SA Self-Adhered allowed for fast single-layer installation with less labor, and crews were able to begin installing the cladding with no interruption or down time.

The building’s porous cement substrate was exposed to rainfall throughout construction.

Optimal for use on cementitious substrates, RevealShield SA is entirely self-adhering and was easily installed before and after rain events, allowing crews to continue working regardless of weather conditions.

The dark ceramic cladding will attract constant sunlight.

RevealShield SA is specifically designed for open joint rain screen wall cladding systems, where permanent UV exposure is inherent. Open joints can be up to 2” (5.1cm) or up to 40% of the total elevation area, and the black UV-stable design is universally flattering to all façades.
