PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Over 20,000 sq.ft. of RevealShield SA air barrier WRB was installed on the Embassy Suites in Irving, TX. RevealShield SA is UV stable and creates the desired black reveal between the open joint multi-colored large format porcelain cladding panels.

Each rough opening was flashed with VaproShield’s newest non-asphaltic, air, water, and vapor barrier flashing: BlockFlashing SA. The multi-layer elastomeric film seals around nail and staples to prevent moisture intrusion.

Both products can be exposed for up to 12 months before final cladding or windows are installed, easing supply chain delays that are plaguing the construction industry.
