PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Over 30 stories of the Hartford Civic Center also known as Town Square, a retail and office tower in Hartford Connecticut, were covered in VaproShield WALLSHIELD® Water Resistive Barrier Sheet.

VaproShield offers specific installation fastener spacings for structures between 70 to 625 feet in height, differentiated by exposure, building category, fixing types and wind speeds.

WALLSHIELD® was chosen because it can be installed on high rise structures and it is the most vapor and air permeable weather resistant membrane in the industry. With a rating of 212 perms, WALLSHIELD® allows trapped interior moisture to escape, reducing the risk of mold, mildew and rot.
