PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Approximately 35,000 square feet of WRAPSHIELD^®, the highest permeable air barrier in the industry, was used for this high-end condo tower in the heart of the up-and-coming neighborhood of Ballard in Seattle, Washington.

The success of this project was based on the need for on-time completion. Since WRAPSHIELD^® can sustain 9 months of UV and climate exposure during construction, it allowed interior work to begin sooner and ensured timely completion.

Other factors in selecting WRAPSHIELD^® are its durability and weather resistive properties as well as its suitability for high rise buildings.
