VaproShield demonstrates sustainable business practices

We promote sustainable practices that support a strong economic base, environmental responsibility and respect for the community.  We measure our success by designing and providing products that create and promote high-performance building envelopes, ensuring a healthly environment for all occupants while reducing overall building and operating costs.

Our breathable membranes, WALLSHIELD^®, WRAPSHIELD^® and WRAPSHIELD HS^® are constructed from a three-layer spun bonded polypropylene which is easier and safer to recycle than other plastics. VaproShield membranes are inert and can be recycled into their original bead form for reuse. VaproSillSaver and VaproBatten components are made from reprocessed residual vinyl trim material from old windows.
